These Payment Terms govern all purchases of services from AK Tunez (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to music distribution, video distribution, radio plugging, TV plugging, editorial playlisting, video uploads, marketing & promotional services. By placing an order or otherwise contracting with us, you (“you”, “client”, “artist”) accept these Payment Terms.

1. Quotation and Order Confirmation
   a. All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
   b. A quote or pricing shown on the AK Tunez website or via email or proposal, is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
   c. An order is confirmed once payment has been processed or when we issue an invoice and you accept it by paying a deposit or full amount as required.

2. Payment Methods
   We accept payment via:

   • Major credit / debit cards

   • Cryptocurrency

   • Bank transfer (wires or local bank)

   • Any other method explicitly stated during checkout/order process

3. Payment Schedule
   a. Upfront Payment: Many of our services require full payment before we begin service or delivery (for example, one-time video/channel creation or uploads, account activation etc.).
   b. Deposits / Partial Payments: For larger or multi-stage projects, we may require a non-refundable deposit (e.g. 30-50%) before work proceeds, with the remainder due as per invoice(s).
   c. Invoices: After completion of work or delivery of service, we will issue an invoice (if applicable). Payment is due 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Late Payment and Penalties
   a. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the unpaid amount at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
   b. In addition to interest, we may charge a fixed administration fee for late invoices (a modest fee to cover additional costs).
   c. If payment remains overdue for more than 60 days, we may suspend delivery of further services, withhold uploads or refuse new orders until all outstanding balances are settled.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Adjustments
   a. Refunds are provided only in circumstances specified in our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Services paid in full and already delivered / performed are not eligible for refund.
   b. If you cancel before service begins (but after payment or deposit), cancellation fees may apply.
   c. Adjustments or corrections to invoices (e.g. errors or disputes) must be submitted in writing within 15 days of invoice date. After that period, the invoice will be considered final.

6. Taxes and Duties
   a. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT or similar governmental charges in your country.
   b. If AK Tunez must collect or remit tax, VAT etc., these will be added to your invoice or order total, as required by law.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates
   a. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice or order.
   b. If you make payment in a different currency, you are responsible for any conversion fees and any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

8. Service Delivery Conditions
   a. Services will commence only after all required materials, approvals or information have been provided by you. Delays caused by your side (e.g. delayed submission of video, assets, channel info etc.) may shift delivery dates.
   b. Any revision requests or additional deliverables outside of the original scope may incur extra charges; these will be agreed in writing before invoicing.

9. Dispute Resolution
   a. If there is a dispute over any invoice or charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of receipt of invoice, clearly stating the cause of dispute.
   b. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of  UK, USA & Ghana any legal action will be brought in courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Termination / Suspension of Services
    a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service provision if payments are overdue beyond 60 days or if there is repeated late payment.
    b. Termination or suspension does not relieve your obligation to pay for services already performed or committed.

11. Modifications  Cookies
    We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective as of the date posted on our website. Your continued use of services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the modified Payment Terms.
