• You represent that you have the right to upload, distribute or promote the music, videos and content you provide.

2. Accounts and Registration

• To use certain Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Provided

• Music Distribution: We distribute your music to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal and others.

• Video Distribution: We upload and distribute videos to eligible platforms and channels.

• Promotion: We provide playlisting, radio plugging, TV plugging, and marketing services.

• Service delivery depends on you providing accurate, timely materials (audio, video, metadata).

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing is displayed on our website

• Some services require full upfront payment, others may allow deposits.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your original music, videos and content.

• By submitting content to AK Tunez, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, promote and deliver the content through our partner platforms for the duration of our engagement.

• You confirm your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload unauthorized, infringing, or illegal content.

• Use Services to distribute harmful code, spam or fraudulent material.

• Misuse platform features or attempt to bypass security measures.

7. Service Delivery and Limitations

• We aim to deliver Services within agreed timelines but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Partner platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music) may reject or delay content for reasons outside our control.

• We are not liable for third-party platform decisions, outages or delays.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are only granted according to our Payment Terms.

• Services already delivered or in progress are generally non-refundable.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AK Tunez is not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect or consequential damages.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse Services or fail to pay.

• You may terminate your account by written notice. Outstanding obligations (e.g. payments) remain enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of  UK,USA & Ghana Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
